I’m so excited that you’ve committed to taking this next step in your business by investing in this Coaching Program – I’m really looking forward to working with you! Here's what you need to know regarding the Terms + Conditions and expectations inside of the Bloom Business Accelerator.
01: THE SERVICES.
The services that are delivered as part of the program are delivered over the course of 6 months:
Bloom Business Accelerator Training Modules & Accompanying resources
Live sessions, alternating on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Access to Monthly Copywriting Office Hours
3x 60min 1:1 Coaching Sessions (VIP only)
Access to the Your Lightspace Platform where all program materials live
Any other workshops, bonuses and extras that we decide to add
The delivery of the Services will be subject to these Agreement terms and you accept them when you agree to purchase the Program and provide payment or part-payment of the Program Fee, unless we agree in writing otherwise.
In the event we are required to reschedule a Session then we shall make all reasonable attempts to provide you with as much notice as possible and to reschedule the Session within a reasonable timeframe.
You agree and accept that since the Sessions are all group sessions, in the event you are unable to attend a Session, or where you fail to attend a scheduled Session, then you shall simply forfeit the right to that Session. Sessions will not be rescheduled if you are unable to attend.
We reserve the right to make amendments, revisions or changes to the Programme or cancel, amend, change or reschedule any part of the Programme as is reasonably required by us. We shall not be liable to you for any changes or cancellations that are made
By joining this coaching program, you are committing your intention to participate to 100% of your ability, unless a health or an emergency situation arises and it's not possible for you to be there.
You will get out of this program what you put in. I show up 100% for you and my expectation is that you will also show up 100% for yourself. When this happens, I can support you fully. When you’re regularly plugging into the live sessions, you and I, we find a rhythm, we build momentum, you are more effective and your results become even better.
This cannot happen without your active participation. Students who fully commit to the process see amazing results! I want that for you, too.
The Live Coaching Sessions are not required, but they are there to support you through implementation of the program content. If you choose not to show up to the Live Sessions, I cannot guarantee that I will come looking for you, as my hands are usually full with supporting Bloom students who are actively participating and I simply do not have the capacity to keep up with inactive students. This is why self-responsibility is of the utmost importance.
That said, If something arises in your life that keeps you from staying active, I want you to tell me about it so that we can find a solution together.
03: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY WARNING
Your Lightspace Inc. consulting program materials (i.e worksheets, workbooks, slide decks, etc are copyrighted and original materials that have been provided to the participants are for the participant's individual use only and a single-user license. Likewise the intellectual property belonging to Your Lightspace Inc. is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to Your Lightspace Inc.
There is no tolerance whatsoever of Copying, repurposing or replicating the material in this program, the resources, or the content of the live sessions. While there are many universal principles shared about building business, the frameworks mentioned throughout Bloom are the intellectual property of Your Lightspace Inc. If you’re ever in doubt about whether something violates the “copycat boundary” please just ask!
Anyone who violates this warning will be given a warning. If it happens again, the violator will be removed from the program with no refund and still legally bound to any outstanding payments.
04: AFFILIATE LINKS + COMMISSION.
Your Lightspace Inc. maintains affiliate partnerships with select tools and platforms that we love and swear by. Depending on the agreement, Your Lightspace Inc. could earn a commission from the sale of select tools and resources. We will always be transparent about this. You can rest assured that anything we are an affiliate of, is only possible because we are actively also using the tool.
05: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.
All contracts are legally binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching programs. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you. No exceptions.
If something arises in your life where you cannot attend or participate in the program, we are more than happy to work with you on a solution. For example, pausing your Bloom membership. Please just come to us, we are here for you!
06: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You recognize that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of Your Lightspace Inc.
We have made every effort to accurately represent the Program and the Services. Any testimonials and/or examples of results experienced are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and we make no guarantee, representation or warranty with respect to the Services provided.
07: CLIENT BEHAVIOR
While Client is allowed to express his/her opinion regarding Your Lightspace Inc, should Client make any false or disparaging comments within the private Lightspace group, to other members of Bloom, to Paige or any member of the YLS team directly, or otherwise publicly speak negatively about Bloom, Lightspace, Paige Rollison, or any other member of The Bloom Business Accelerator, Client may be removed from the community and program. Your Lightspace Inc. places community and positivity at the forefront of the Lightspace brand, and in order to preserve community standards and experience for other members, a customer who cannot abide by this may lose his/her access to the community. Client understands that any extensive negativity or similar disruption to the community in this way may result in removal from the Program and all relevant communities, with no refund.
All parties agree to maintain a level of confidentiality within the coaching container and to protect the best interests of all participants as it relates to private information and any type of personal information disclosed within the coaching container.
All parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any confidential information or any transactions, during discussions. All parties will keep confidential information in confidence and shall use the best efforts to safeguard the confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss and theft.
09: FINANCIAL COMMITMENT
By purchasing this program, you are agreeing to paying the full cost of the program, whether paid in full or in installments. You are legally responsible for completing the full payment amount of the program, regardless of if you remain engaged in the program.
Payments are automatically processed. The first is taken the day you sign up, the next is 30 days thereafter and the remaining is taken 30 days after that. You agree to make sure funds are available. If funds are not available, the payment processor will make 3 more attempts to take funds from your account.
I reserve the right to remove any participants who fail to keep their financial commitment.
10: SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In the event that you suffer from an illness or an emergency situation of any kind, we will work together to find a solution and the best way to proceed based on the specific circumstances at hand. Please be aware that there are no guarantees as it relates to refunds or supplemental sessions. This is all to be determined based on the nature of the situation.
11: EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
While we commit to make every effort to deliver the Program to you, certain events may arise which are outside of our control and which may affect our ability to deliver the Programme. Such events may include a Natural Disaster,, Strike, War, Riots, Lock Outs, Fire, Flood, Accident, Delays in Transit, any Act/Omission of a Telecommunications officer or Third-Party Supplier of Services, or any other circumstances beyond our control (“Events’). Should an Event occur then the timescales for delivery of the Programme shall be extended until a reasonable time after the Event, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result.
We acknowledge the importance of telecommunications to the delivery of the Program and agree to use our reasonable endeavours to seek alternative arrangements to limit any delay caused by issues or failure of Telecommunications services. This clause will not apply where an Event occurs.
In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver the Programme as a result of an Event occurring which extends for longer than 90 days, you will be entitled to terminate this Agreement by giving notice in writing. In the event of such termination we shall agree upon a fair and reasonable pro-rata payment for all Services provided up to the date of termination.
12: SOCIAL MEDIA & SOCIAL PROOF
Your Lightspace inc. reserves the right to share client wins, results, etc., on the YLS social media channels as a way to share social proof for marketing purposes. This is always kept anonymous and your name will not be shared.
