A subscription offer can take many, many shapes. Whether it’s a classic membership or simply an alternative pricing option on your offers, the subscription business model can be easily integrated into almost any business model.

Demand is growing 

Demand for subscriptions has increased dramatically in recent years. Take a second to think about the tools, products or services you’re subscribed to. Maybe it’s tools you use for your business, your Spotify account, a gym membership, netflix, meal plan services, online communities and more. 

Subscription-based pricing attracts more customers 

Whether it’s a $35 per month for your membership offer or 6 monthly installments of $297 for your transformative group coaching program, your potential customers are more likely to say YES to bite-sized chunks rather than one huge payment up front. 

Predictable, Recurring Revenue

This is an easy one, right? Who doesn’t want predictable revenue hitting their account each month? 

Oftentimes clients I work with are having hugely successful launches, they’re selling out their courses and programs over and over again. But that’s the thing: “over and over again”. If they’re not running a big promotion or executing a launch, they don’t see much revenue coming in. 

This is where subscription-based offers come into the game. EVEN IF you’re not looking to create a membership, you can optimize your existing offering structure and pricing model to start generating recurring revenue. It can be as simple as the way you’re pricing your offers. 

The result of this benefit alone is more peace of mind, the ability to create some space in your business and focus more energy on what you love about it. 

Ability to serve more people at once 

Subscription-based offers in your business give you more leverage to scale by selling more of your products or services to more people at once. It’s amazing in terms of multiplying your revenue, but what’s better than that is reaching more people with your message and gifts — making a bigger impact in the world. Through a subscription-based offer, you’re able to interact more with your customers. This fosters trust and cultivates loyalty. What I’ve found is, not only will they prefer your brand over your competitors, but they’ll continue to purchase your other offerings.
